We shall get in touch with the customer and in case the claim is found to be genuine as per customer services policy; the refund would be processed within 7 working days from the day of raising the claim in your bank account.
Order once placed can be cancelled at zero cancellation cost, 3 hours prior to service delivery time. Incase your order is cancelled within 3 hours of service delivery time the customer is liable to pay one time cancellation charge of Rs. 300/-
The invoice of the same will be sent to the customer on his registered mobile number and email ID.
